Murmle sells personalised children's audiobooks as digital products. You can contact us at info@murmle.shop.

Products and personalisation

Each audiobook is personalised using the child name or details entered at checkout or on the product page. Please check spelling and pronunciation carefully before placing your order, as we create the audiobook from the details you provide.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and checkout. Payment is taken through our secure checkout and approved payment providers.

Digital delivery

Murmle audiobooks are digital products. There is no physical shipping. Your personalised audiobook is prepared and emailed within 24 hours after checkout, unless we contact you about an issue with the order.

Use of your audiobook

Your audiobook is for personal, non-commercial home use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, or commercially exploit the audio or related creative materials without written permission from Murmle.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Because Murmle products are personalised digital goods, cancellations or refunds may not be possible once production has started or the personalised audiobook has been delivered. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at info@murmle.shop and we will help resolve it.

Errors and availability

We try to keep product information accurate, but mistakes can happen. We may correct errors, update products, refuse orders, or contact you if we cannot complete an order as expected.

Customer responsibilities
